Christine Lee is a founding partner of Christine Lee Law Group. She has over 20 years of immigration and corporate law experience and specializes in employment and family based immigration. Ms. Lee has been practicing law since 1982. The US immigration law is a federal law therefore she represents clients from all states and all over the world. The clients have been represented before the U.S. Embassies, USCIS, and Consulates and have been assisted with labor certification, non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, immigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization hearings, citizenship, and corporate immigration and employment matters. She develops strategies and prepares petitioning papers for a broad range of employment-related and family-based immigration benefits.
Prior to establishing Chrstine Lee Law Group, Ms. Lee served as an attorney in the International Law Department of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley & Casey.
Ms. Lee obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Occidental College in 1975. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from the USC Law School in 1979. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982 is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and all California Courts including the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
She is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the California Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association (Immigration Law Section).
Ms. Lee also serves as the president of the Korean Community Lawyers Association, board of director of the Korean School Association of America, the board of director of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, the board of director of the USC Korean American Alumni Association, the legal counsel of the Overseas Korean Traders Association in Southern California, a member of the Rotary Club of Koreatown, chairman of the National Unification Advisory Council Los Angeles Chapter, Womens Section, the board of director of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation.
Benigno Panahon graduated with a Juris Doctor from USC Law School in 2008. He previously graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's in Economics with a minor in Accounting in 2005, having graduated with departmental/collegiate honors and completing his honors thesis on economic globalization. Prior to joining Christine Lee Law Group, he interned at HALSA Legal Services specializing in landlord/tenant law, in the City Attorney's Office focusing on gang prosecution, and was an active member of the First AME Legal Clinic. He is fluent in Tagalog, the native language of the Philippines.
Diana Ehrlich is a member of the California Bar Association and serves as Of Counsel to Christine Lee Law Group. She completed her undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she served as the chief articles editor for the Law Review. She is the author of the article, Immigrant Entrepreneurs in the U.S. Economy, which was published in Immigration Options for Investors and Entrepreneurs, an American Immigration Lawyers Association occupational guidebook.
